Said Al Harthy of Tanfidh Management Consultants was kind enough to compress the Strategic Planning & Execution with Balanced Scorecard Workshop into an intense one day workshop as we were so busy at the time.

The course included step-by-step exercises, video’s and tutorials plus unassisted assignments. Unlike exercises where attendees can get by with simply doing as directed, the assignments reveal the real learning. The assignments were where we discovered whether we truly understood the material.

This short course produces real learning proven by the fact that we left with a draft company Strategy, Balanced scorecard and SWOT analysis by the end of the day.
